Visits to 5 farms during the day, followed by a screening of the film “Demain, la Vallée” at the Marché Bio du Bas-Somont, with a testimonial from a retired organic market gardener, and a lunchtime debate.
Full program : > Farm visits : - 9:30 am: Vineyard tours of Domaine de Lucey (winemaker) - 11:30 am: Aperitif and packed lunch (under cover) - 1:30 pm: visit to SCEA Bio La Balme (market gardener) - 2:45pm: Visit to Le Champ du Coq market gardeners in Yenne - 4pm: Visit to Ferme des P'tits Poids in Haut-Somont (Yenne) - 5:30pm: presentation of Sève qui Peut, beekeeping Registration and information: [email protected] - 06 60 35 26 21 > Film-debate at the Marché Bio du Bas-Somont : - 6:30pm: herbal tea in the courtyard - 7:30pm: screening of the film “Demain, la Vallée” (Tomorrow, the Valley) - 8:30pm: testimonial by André Garin, former organic market gardener in Aix. Meal with local farm produce, and discussion of the evening's events.
