Description
Samuel Vallet is the artisan ice-cream maker who makes the whole range, working out of his test kitchen at the back of the shop. He will also make delicious ice-cream desserts for special orders.
Come and enjoy seasonal products: fresh fruit, fresh whole eggs and fresh milk are used to make these frozen desserts. An allergen-free range has been specially designed: all products are guaranteed gluten-free, and for those with egg allergies, Glacier de l'Avalanche can prepare allergen-free products to order. Products can be eaten on the premises (ice cream in cones, ice cream in tubs, ice cream cups), taken home (1-liter tub, 1/2-liter tub, individual tub) or created for special occasions (vacherin, bombe glacée, nougat glacé, Norwegian omelette). We also produce our own meringues and iced chocolates... Come and discover our world!
