Sophrology is a gentle method that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It has a wide range of applications, including stress and emotion management, building self-confidence and self-esteem, depression prevention, sleep regulation, support during illness and pain management, mental preparation for exams and sports competitions, phobias and addictions, as well as support through grief and life transitions. Laure specializes in supporting women’s health, including conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic pain, endometriosis, and PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome).
